The Estate at Gold Dust

We booked this location for a family vacation. It certainly did not disappoint! Everyone from the youngest and the oldest enjoyed all of the beautiful amenities. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, and everything was roomy and comfortable The pool, of course, was the biggest draw. Plenty of toys, lots of room, and sparkling clean. We had more than enough bedrooms for everybody at the house and certainly enough bathrooms. The layout was amazing and fit in perfectly with what we needed. The older folks stayed in the Casita where it was nice and quiet, and the younger folks and small children stayed in the big house where they could romp and play. Between the game room, the putt putt course, the basketball court and the ping-pong table we didn’t have enough time to adequately take advantage of it. The house is so conveniently located that it was quick to go into town to take everyone out to restaurants, movies, museums, and even the amusement park. It was the vacation that none of us wanted to end. Thank you, Tim for being the host with the most! You gave us the greatest memories and the best time ever! Would heartily recommend this location for a marvelous fantastic family vacation!!

House was great and host was responsive. Putting and chipping in the backyard was fun. Pool was very refreshing after golf days. We were 10 to 20 minutes from all the course we played (Biltmore, Talking Stick, Silverado, Phoenician). Highly recommend!

House was fantastic, the sheer size of this property is the main attraction. The guest house alone is the size of most rentals. Outdoor area was beautiful, pool was clean, and the putting green is a lot of fun. TV system is pretty finicky, never really got it to work right even after following directions provided.Overall this was the best property I've stayed at through VRBO, highly recommend.

Great communication with host throughout the entire stay. House was well stocked and clean and had an epic backyard! Positive: The location was amazing, super central. Negative: Not a thing. Property was the perfect fit for our large crew
