The Nelson Lofts - Unit 4 (2 BR)

The place was very clean. The communication with the owner was prompt when messages sent. The location is great for the RicerCenter or anything downtown. Recommendations - More Linens - there were no hand towels. One wash rag per person for the whole week. One towel per person. One dish towel. - 5 guests should be anticipated with wash rags and towels - Also there were black wash rags we assume for makeup but no instructions (2 for 5 people) - Windows were open upon arrival and it was 30 degrees outside??? - Would recommend a welcome guide with things like - what to do with trash - where laundry is (also it should be told up front that it costs and is public laundry, not in the unit- that’s deceiving and changed our plans) - tv instructions - Where to find extra linens - especially if there are 5 guests and the living room will be used. - welcome guide should include some local places to eat/drink, attractions- The parking instructions were not great- enter off what street? The picture is helpful but also not at the same time. Maybe a map would be better - Also, the parking situation is terrible. One truck parking in the slanted slots and you cannot get through or out of the far slots. - No one should have to walk blocks to park in ice, freezing snow and temperatures. - No check out instructions were given. A message was received after we were packed and gone. This could be a very successful rental if some details were honed in.

Excellent location to park the car and enjoy downtown

We had a great time at The Nelson Lofts. The apartment was well furnished, spacious, and easy to settle in to. It's a safe and fun environment down by the river in Davenport. Tim was a friendly host and easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Davenport.

The space was very open, quiet and welcoming. The perfect place for a crafting girls weekend!

Had a great stay in Tim’s loft! Had everything we needed - plus (my hot buttons!) - a really comfy bed / nice linens / very clean bathroom. Location has TONS of cute bars / restaurants to walk to as well, plus there was parking included. We did have a tv issue (burned out Roku) but Tim sent someone to fix it really quickly. Would highly recommend!
