This is a really fun place to stay. It was very clean and furnished with everything you might need. The location is wonderful- within walking distance of many restaurants. The rooftop seating area with a view of the river was great.

Location, location, location. Beautiful industrial feel, spacious and great place to stay. Easy walking distance for shopping, and great restaurants. Tim was super easy to communicate as well!!

We enjoyed our stay. I loved the view of the Mississippi from up on the roof. Unfortunately we got there late and were unable to enjoy the nearby breweries. We toured Davenport some in the morning but would have enjoyed longer. Maybe next time. We would definitely come here again.
