The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!

Amazing place, had great wifi and a great host, best part was there was a peacock account already on the tv so we could watch game 7 of OKC vs Spurs, was also very easy to get into once you found where the entrance and parking is

Good. Location was great for walking to theater, parking not so great. Kitchen could be stocked a little better, no pot holders. Noise from bars at night. Overall, would stay again.
