Great location. Nice open floor plan. Good communication with host. Clean. New appliances. Nice bathrooms. Easy access to building, elevator and apartment door.Note only 4 parking spaces for 8 unit building. Was never an issue. Additional parking about a block away. Street parking seems readily available.Would like to see some handy info in the unit - perhaps a tent card. List Wi-Fi info and give a sentence or two of instructions on use of thermostat, dishwasher, electronic front door lock and TV. Would save a little time.I enjoyed my stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great nearby restaurants, bars, and 10 min each way to the casinos! The loft was clean, enjoyed the kitchen space, and pull out sofa bed for a 3rd guest. We appreciated the warning of the train and brought extra ear plugs lol

This was a clean and easy to find property. Parking was a little precious, but only because we arrived late on a Friday night. We enjoyed walking around downtown and people watching. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the room was surprisingly quiet amidst the noise all around. A good stay.
